A May Day getaway by the sea—whether with the kids, as a couple, or with friends—is the perfect way to soak up the first rays of sunshine and recharge after a long winter. In May, the weather on the Baltic coast can be pleasantly surprising—there are often sunny days perfect for relaxing on the beach, walks along the seashore, and even bike rides along coastal paths.

It’s also a great time to rediscover coastal towns—without the crowds, with more peace and comfort. The long weekend is also perfect for activities—boat cruises, kayaking, visits to museums, lighthouses, or seaside parks. And after an eventful day, you can relax in a comfortable apartment, enjoying the peace, nature, and some time just for yourself.

A May Day getaway by the sea isn’t just an idea for a spontaneous trip, but also a way to kick off the season in truly style. A trip to the seaside in early May offers the chance for peaceful walks along the beach, bike rides along coastal paths, and quality time with loved ones—all without crowds of tourists and in a friendly atmosphere.
