Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na obrzeżach miasta w bezpiecznej odległości od ruchliwej ulicy (cisza i spokój). Mieszkanie było bardzo ciepłe i czyste. Łatwy kontakt z osobami zarządzającymi obiektem. Dokładna instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Bezpieczne otoczenie. W pobliżu liczne szlaki turystyczne, pizzeria, delikatesy, przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie bylo wyposażone w podstawowe sprzęty potrzebne do przygotowania prostego posiłku oraz zestaw startowy (kawa, herbata, przyprawy, środki higieny osobistej). Optymalnie przeznaczone na 2 osoby, gdyż są dwa oddzielne miejsca do spania (wygodny tapczan i sofa).
