The apartment is located in a new housing estate, right next to a park, which promotes walking and relaxation. It will take you about 20 minutes (1.5 km) to reach the sandy beach. In the area you will find numerous attractions, such as the pier (1.7 km) and the Lighthouse (1.8 km). Shopping outlets and restaurants are also available within walking distance.

Lovely apartment in a great location! Bright, cosy, and very calm — perfect for a relaxing vacation. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Apartment war sehr gepflegt und modern. Kontakt schnell und nett :) Leider war die Waschanlage direkt dahinter etwas laut, da sie 24/7 geöffnet hat.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut top! Wir hatten wieder eine schöne Zeit in Kolberg. Das Apartment entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen aus dem Inserat. Alles war sehr sauber&gepflegt. Wir waren mit der vorhandenen Austattung zufrieden. Besonders toll fanden wir den privaten Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Großer Pluspunkt. Das Ein-und Auschecken war total unkompliziert. Es gab vorher genaue Anweisungen mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Perfekt! Von der Lage her war alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Leuchtturm sind es ca.1,2km. 2 Supermärkte(Biedronka), Restaurants oder Imbisse sind gleich in der Nähe. Etwas ungünstig fanden wir die Ausrichtung des Apartment zum Innenhof. Dort befinden sich 4 Autowaschboxen die gerne bis spät in die Nacht hinein genutzt werden und es dadurch für uns sehr laut war.

Plusy: -Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone i ładnie urządzone. -Instrukcje zameldowania jasne, klarowne. -Miejsce parkingowe w garażu. -Blisko sklepy typu biedronka, lidl, żabka. Minusy: -Bliskość myjni samochodowej czynnej 24/h i przy otwartym oknie bardzo głośno. -W mieszkaniu jest gorąco mimo niewielkich temperatur na zewnątrz, a otwarcie okna wiąże się z hałasem z myjni. -Brak klimatyzacji w mieszkaniu -Głośno działająca lodówka
