Good apartment clear intrusions and good place in the center

Thank you for a great stay. The apartment would be a solid 10/10 for us if the mattress in the bedroom was replaced. The location is excellent. Both the Old Town and the city center are about a 15-minute walk away, and there is a market just 5 minutes from the apartment. Every morning we enjoyed fresh strawberries, vegetables, eggs, and sausages from the market. There is also a small café there serving delicious khachapuri. For dinner, there are two restaurants right next to the building. We especially recommend Der Elefant Fish Market . The apartment itself is extremely well equipped. Everything you might need is provided, including plenty of kitchenware and utensils. Our son enjoyed having access to TV and YouTube. The host was very responsive and easy to reach at any time. Every question we had was answered almost immediately. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again in the future — especially if the bedroom mattress is upgraded.
