Do samego mieszkania trudno się przyczepić. Za to był problem z miejscem parkingowym. Jeden z mieszkańców sobie je przywłaszczył. Z rozmów z mieszkańcami wynika, że robi to od dawna. Sprawa zgłoszona gospodarzowi. Zamiast odholowania (zgodnie z tabliczką ostrzegawczą) powiedziano mi, że mogę zostawić KARTKĘ z prośbą o przeparkowanie. Jak to bywa na zamkniętych osiedlach z miejscem był potem problem. Finał miał miejsce w nocy, kiedy ten osobnik wrócił do swojego mieszkania z kobietą po czym zakłócali ciszę nocą między 0:30 do 3:00. W tym kłótnia częściowo na klatce schodowej połączona z trzaskaniem drzwiami.

Samo mieszkanie było przyjemne a okolica ciekawa. Niestety w mieszkaniu były bardzo brudne podłogi. Dodatkowym problemem okazał się brak jakiejkolwiek pomocy ze strony Renters w momencie kiedy późną nocą zostało przez obcą osobę zajęte miejsce parkingowe przynależne do mieszkania (pomimo widniejących oznaczeń tegoż miejsca).
