The apartment is located in Podczele, a quiet seaside neighborhood in Kołobrzeg. It’s the perfect place for those who love peace and quiet and being close to nature. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the sandy beach, and the nearby parks and green spaces are perfect for strolling. You’ll also find shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Transport and logistics:

Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Umgebung ist überraschend grün, die Wohnung/Fenster sind für keine Nachbarn einsehbar. Wir waren überrascht vom Spielplatz vor der Tür. Super für Reisen mit Kindern.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, leicht zu finden. Sie entsprach den Bildern und war etwa 1000 Meter zu Fuß von der Ostsee entfernt und schön ruhig. Leider ist in der Umgebung wenig zu finden.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer war nur das Bett (Raum = mini). Kommt auf den Fotos nicht so rüber. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Stellt man sie dann doch ab (im Hausflur/an Pfählen etc.) kommt immer der selbe Nachbar, der sich davon gestört fühlt. Folge:Beschwerde an diesen Vermieter,nach Richtigstellung meinerseits,keine Reaktion vom Vermieter. Keine Ahnung ob reagiert wird,wenn man anderweitig Fragen hat. Parkplatz ist normalerweise im Hof für alle frei und teilweise Mietparkplätze. Ferienurlauber werden per Sticker auf dem Autolack gebeten, entfernter zu parken. Alles auf polnisch, versteht sich. Steht so auch nicht in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung. Nachbarshund kläft gern auch nach 23 Uhr. Daher nichts für lautstärkeempfindliche Menschen. Der Kühlschrank ist mini für eine 6 Personen Ferienwohnung. Es ist auch nicht der auf dem Foto. Couch etwas verloddert/alt. Zum Strand mit dem Rad in 3 min zu Fuss auch möglich.
