Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca i spacerem 15 minut do plaży. Bardzo blisko pyszna pizzeria Czerwony Piec. Mieszkanie znajduje się na piątym piętrze, więc fajnie też można obserwować okolice. W pobliżu jest też plac zabaw dla dzieci. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto, jest ładnie urządzone.

Lokalizacja dobra ,dużo restauracji na wprost rynek warzywny ,pawilony handlowe . Mieszkanie przy ruchliwej ulicy więc ,jak ktoś przyzwyczajony to nie będzie problemu . Dookoła parkingi płatne nawet w weekendy, służby pilnują brak opłaty mandat 150 zł.
