Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Jedynym minusem była niewiarygodnie głośna lodówka, którą było słychać w sypialni za kuchnią. Efekt był jak w pudle rezonansowym, polecam coś z tym zrobić ponieważ trzeba było wyłączać lodówkę na noc. Poza tym wszystko super, było bardzo czysto.

I do not recommend this place. There was no hot water during my entire 6-day stay, and the oven was not working either. I reported these issues multiple times, but nothing was done. Because there was no hot water for almost a week, I even developed a painful mouth infection during my stay. The conditions were completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff gave me the wrong code for the key collection, which caused me to miss an important hospital appointment. It was impossible to reach anyone from a foreign phone number because the calls kept disconnecting, and I had to find someone with a Polish number just to discover that someone had forgotten to update the code. I lost several hours because of this. Customer service from Renters is an absolute joke and practically nonexistent. The balcony and bathroom were dirty, and to make things even worse, I was charged a penalty twice during a very difficult time after the death of a family member, even though the money had already been taken from my account. Since then, I have continued to experience harassment from their side instead of any real attempt to resolve the situation. I am reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities because this kind of treatment towards customers should be investigated properly. Avoid this company at all costs.
