The apartment is located in a valued part of Sopot, which combines proximity to the sea and the center. Only 850 m separates you from the beach, and in about 15 minutes walk you will reach the Sopot Pier and the famous Monte Cassino promenade. In the area you will also find green areas, such as the Rev. Otto Bowien Square (1.2 km), ideal for quiet walks.

Pobyt niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo utrudniony — możliwy jedynie przez infolinię, gdzie za każdym razem rozmawia się z inną osobą. Dużym problemem okazał się brak miejsca parkingowego. W okolicy praktycznie nie ma gdzie zaparkować, a dodatkowo nie można podjechać pod apartament, aby wypakować bagaże. Śniadania są dostępne, jednak znajdują się około 1,5 km od apartamentu, co jest sporym utrapieniem, szczególnie dla osób starszych. Szkoda, bo przy lepszej organizacji pobyt mógłby być znacznie bardziej komfortowy.
