Cicho i spokojnie, w otoczeniu zieleni. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko stacji PKP Sopot Wyścigi, do stacji Sopot 15 minut spacerem. W pobliżu punkty gastronomiczne i sklepy, a jeśli ktoś jest zainteresowany koncertem na Ergo Arenie, też dojdzie na nogach. Podstawowe udogodnienia w pokoju, w tym czajnik i suszarka.
