The studio is located in a modern building in the center of Katowice. A 10-minute walk is enough to reach the Market Square, and in 15 minutes you will reach the Silesian Insurgents Park. You'll find numerous stores and services in the area, and you can reach the city's most important attractions, such as the Spodek and the Culture Zone, in just a few minutes.

Transport and logistics:

Close proximity to bus and streetcar stops and the train station provides excellent connections to the entire city, as well as convenient access to the airport. You can easily find all transportation options on the available map.

The unit itself was presented exactly as it appears in the photos, extremely clean, crisp and modern. I would recommend this for a solo traveler or couple. There is enough room with balcony access to make this a relaxing stay. Please take care and note there is no shower in the unit only a soaking tub with hand shower - be mindful of this for this with mobility issues or elderly. Also no AC in unit however this is not a problem as balcony door can be opened it ranged to almost 30c during the day and I was more than comfortable. These features are stated in unit description but easy to overlook. A little more pricey than other options but you receive what you pay for this is a hotel quality unit.
