The 68 m² apartment on the 3rd floor will comfortably accommodate 5 people. The interior consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a work desk. On the glassed-in balcony you'll find garden furniture, a foosball table and a children's play basket, and you can use the building's rooftop gym.

The hosts communication was exceptional. Instructions of codes and gaining access were written very clearly, but also accompanied by a walk-through video on YouTube, for ever aspect of the journey. The property is very secure. A main entrance door, but also the apartment front door has multiple locking bolts. The apartment is incredibly clean and stocked beyond expectation. A large selection of crockery and cutlery. Maintenance, such as iron and ironing board, well stocked coat-hangers, extra linen, towels. More than enough for four of us. Very modern, very bright and well lit in all rooms. Spacious bathroom. Excellent water pressure! Large fridge and freezer. Washing machine. Dishwasher. The balcony is in two sections, both of which are under cover. The inner part is well seated and separated by a glass partition for privacy, warmth and dryness. You can visit the balcony rail by opening the glass door. There is a Zabka, conveniently almost directly below the apartment, aswell as Aldi/Rossman/Pepco within approximately 300metres. The apartment is a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop, which serves the centre of the city. The hosts kept in touch upon arrival and offered contact if any help was needed. Exceptional service.
