The apartment itself was acceptable, however the stay was significantly impacted by ongoing construction work in and around the building, starting early every morning. This was not disclosed in the listing prior to booking, and despite reaching out to the host multiple times during our stay, communication was very delayed, which made the situation particularly frustrating. Access to the building was also difficult due to scaffolding and construction activity at the entrance. Additionally, while the apartment may work for two guests, we found it not realistically suitable for four people. With the sofa bed open full-time, the remaining living space was extremely limited, making the apartment feel much smaller than expected. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and greater transparency and responsiveness would have been appreciated.
