W porównaniu z innymi apartamentami: - bardzo ciepło, - dobra cyrkulacja powietrza powodowała szybkie wietrzenie mieszkania, - gorąca woda - nie letnia, ale gorąca- w łazience, - fajna lokalizacja przy porcie, a więc świeże ryby w niedalekim pasażu sklepów rybnych
