Mieszkanie było czyste i posiadło wszystkie udogodnienia. Lokalizacja idealna. Wystarczyło wyjść z mieszkania aby znaleść się na promenadzie czy w restauracji. Hałas z klubu na przeciwko nie był aż tak uciążliwy i przy zamkniętych oknach dało się komfortowo odpocząć.

Czysto. Przestrzennine. Świetna lokalizacja jednak tylko poza sezonem. Okna wychodzą na główną, imprezową ulicę.
