The apartment was nice and the location is great!

Beautiful town, uncomplicated stay in this small flat. Not super clean, but could be worse. Shower is actually super nice. The staircase has an extremely foul smell (it doesn't carry into the flat tho). In the end okay, but we will try a different flat next time :)

When I checked in the apartment was filthy - clearly no cleaning was done here. There was crumbs, hair, and dirt all over the sleeping and eating areas, sticky door handles etc... Unfortunately the provided phone number is an ai chatbot that cycles through the same prerecorded messaged so I could only contact a human through text. Instead of addressing the issue, the man on the other end gave me a 10% discount on my next rental (exclusively with them, valid only until 31/12/26 (wow, what a deal 🙄)). What kind of customer service is this? I would never book with you again because I'm staying in a mouldy, dirty apartment that you wouldn't do anything about. If this was a hotel your company would be dragged through the mud for this. Now, I ask the owners to look through the pictures I sent them and seriously ask themselves if these are appropriate conditions to be hosting paying guests in. I will not clean your filthy apartment for you.
