Apartament bardzo czysty oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, niestety brakowało kilku podstawowych rzeczy jak: ręczniki do kąpieli, worki na śmieci i płyn do mycia naczyń. W budynku dwa dni z rzędu można było słyszeć głośną muzykę z parteru gdzie były organizowane imprezy.
