The 48 m² apartment is designed for 5 people. On the lower level there is a living room with a sofa bed, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and access to the balcony. The staircase leads to an open mezzanine, where a bedroom with a double bed and an additional fold-out armchair for sleeping has been arranged. In the bathroom at your disposal is a shower and a washing machine.

The area is quiet and conducive to family recreation. To spice up your stay, you can go to Lake Liwia Luza or take a ride on the Seaside Narrow Gauge Railway, whose station is 1.4 km away.
