Be careful with this company. On April 2, 2026, two payments of 215.59 EUR were charged from my account for the same booking (at 15:49 and 15:52). Both payments were made to the same recipient within minutes. As of today, I have made 10 attempts to resolve this issue (emails, phone call, and a request via the website). All bank confirmations have been provided. The company states that they received only one payment and claim there is no issue, despite clear evidence of a duplicate charge. The fact remains: two payments were taken from my account. The company is not resolving the issue and is not returning the money. I am seriously considering filing a report with the police.
