Modern Apartment with a Desk | Near the Water Park

Everything was fine, except refrigerator temparature was low and could not change it.

Let's start with the apartment. It's spacious, has a lot of space, quiet, nice balcony, good transportation links nearby. Cons: uncomfortable and old sofa in the living room. Then let's touch on the host. So the host is a big company that manages thousands of apartments. They are an intermediary between you and the owner. If you don't have any issues with the apartment, you will be fine. But if you do, then expect long answers from them which leads to long fixes for issues. When we arrived, the fridge didn't work. They brought in a small one which was also useless. Ultimately they brought in a new fridge, but it took 12 days to resolve this. They do try to solve issues but it can be slow and frankly they didn't care we were without a fridge for 12 days. Then, I wanted to check out 7 days early and asked about the refund policy. The host refused any refund and basically ghosted me when I started asking questions. Had to go through support for refund.
