Family Home with a Beautiful Garden | Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The place was extremely spacious and perfect for our group of five. Having a bathroom on every floor was very convenient, and the beds were very comfortable. The garden was beautiful, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It’s also conveniently located, just about a 15-minute walk to downtown Sopot. We highly recommend this place, especially for larger groups. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Sopot!

The house is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area. The seashore is somewhat far away (25 min walk), but not unreachable. It is located between two train stations, both 15-20 mins walk away - but there are buses to catch if the walk is too much. Arriving by car (as we did) is a bit more complicated as there is no guaranteed parking space. The Google Maps location of the address is incorrect, thus finding the front door was not simple. The apartment is nice, large and spacious, and most of the beds are comfy. The kitchen though is not equipped to host 8 people, it was barely enough for 6. Getting the key at a very different address, quite far from the house, is very inconvenient. Communication was polite, but response time in the Airbnb app is c. 24 hours. You can call a central phone number which is answered by a machine, so if you have any emergency it is very difficult to reach the company handling the apartment. I general, it was positive, but could have been better.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Romslig hus, rent, gode senger, vakker hage med ettermiddagssol. Ca 15 min til sentrum å gå. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse.

К сожалению, впечатление осталось не лучший. Дом очень сложно найти, так как располагается не на улице, а необходимо пройти через калитку вдоль другого дома. Мы бродили вокруг, хоть хозяин и предоставил четкие инструкции по другим действиям. Ключ необходимо не только забрать по другому адресу, но и вернуть его самим таким же способом, это не очень удобно. Сам дом выглядел неплохо, и хотя все функционально, было очевидно, что он старый. Огромные пятна на ковре портят впечатление. Напор горячей воды очень слабый, набрать ванну занимает долгое время. Паутина и пауки на окнах. Нет ни пакетика чая, ни бутылки воды для гостей по приезду. Порадовал сад, большое количество полотенец и кондиционер. К нашему сожалению, дочь забыла наушники и коммуникация была не эффективной. На сообщение мне не ответили, а когда я позвонила, сказали, что уточнят у клининга и не перезвонили. Очень жаль. Цена аренды, по моему мнению, не соответствует качеству проживания и сервиса
