Nice apartment, recommended

The concept of the accommodation is great: underground parking and self check-in are very convenient. Unfortunately, the service significantly affected our experience. The kettle was leaking and unsafe to use, there were no coffee capsules despite the coffee machine being advertised, and the liquid soap dispenser was empty. Support told us that capsules and soap should be provided and promised a replacement kettle on Friday. However, the staff member who came later gave completely different information, saying guests must buy capsules themselves and soap is not provided. She promised a new kettle that day, but it only appeared outside our door around midnight on Saturday, just before our Sunday checkout. The apartment itself was nice, but communication and service were disappointing. A working kettle, soap and a few coffee capsules are basic amenities, and staff should provide consistent information and resolve such issues promptly.
