Very cozy apartments, with an excellent workspace—something that is often missing in many other rentals. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, as well as cleaning supplies like a mop and vacuum cleaner. The balcony is a wonderful addition to the apartment; it's a great spot to sit and spend a quiet evening, which I would also like to highlight, as the property is located on a relatively quiet and peaceful street. The city center and the nearest hypermarket were also not far away.

The apartment is super cozy, for one person it is perfect, I felt like at home. The location is also very convenient, I could reach my working place in 15’ by walk and with the same time, using the tram you can reach the center. A shopping center and some shop are also around the corner. To be improved: maybe the balcony and its furnitures need a better clean up. The shower’s cube is leaking water from the lower left corner. Not impressed: the apartment is managed by an agency which probably has a lot of others objects and more important to take care. They are not very responsive and their answer are standard answers, con consistent and not much helpful. I was very happy with my stay, that’s why I already booked for next year, please maintain it well, it would be a pity if the object will be degraded with the time, it is a very nice apartment.

Nowoczesne, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie w doskonałej lokalizacji, z pięknym widokiem z balkonu oraz parkingiem na podwórzu (z wyznaczonym miejscem parkingowym). Do starego centrum można dojść pieszo, w pobliżu znajduje się wspaniały park nad miejskim kanałem oraz centrum handlowe. Jedynym minusem jest nieszczelne połączenie kabiny prysznicowej, przez co woda ciągle się wylewa.
