Zdecydowanie miejsce z duszą, magiczne. Jest parkiet, trzeszczący, co akurat uważam za plus. Nowoczesne miesza się z tym takim starym budownictwem: trzeba pamiętać, że to kamienica, praktycznie w centrum starówki, a co za tym idzie do wszystkich takich głównych atrakcji dla zwiedzających jest bardzo blisko, bez żadnego problemu można zamówić taxi. Na miejscu jeden sklep, nieco dalej Żabka, przy tej samej ulicy restauracja. Klimatyzacja zarówno w sypialni jak i w salonie. W apartamencie spokojnie zmieszczą się cztery osoby. Największym plusem jest znakomicie wyposażona kuchnia, jest dosłownie wszystko co można dla większości apartamentów nazwać opcjonalnym np. opiekacz, air-fryer, do tego naczynia, garnki, kieliszki i to wszystko niezużyte.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem klassischen Altbau in der vierten Etage. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Danke der vielen Bäckereien konnten wir auch stets frische Brötchen zum Frühstück holen. Leider gibt es in der Stadt insbesondere nachts einige Raser, die mit Motorrädern um den Ring knattern. Das hört man dann schon, ebenso die ständigen Sirenen. Bei Bedarf kann jedoch mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen werden, da es in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage gibt. Leider war der Boiler defekt, sodass wir kein warmen Wasser hatten. Der Vermieter hat dazu auch keine Lösung anbieten können, obwohl auf dem Boiler die Nummer der Wartungsfirma stand. Wir haben daher unsere Miete erstattet bekommen. Die Wohnung ist absolut authentisch. Die Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus Modern und Retro und dabei nicht gewollt cool sondern mit echten Möbeln von damals. Das fanden wir super.

The flat itself is great, which makes the overall experience frustrating. The location is excellent and very central, the communal entrance/staircase has loads of authentic character, and the flat is beautifully furnished with a really nice aesthetic. Unfortunately, we arrived to find the boiler broken and had no hot water for our entire stay. After raising this immediately, the host made little effort to help, simply saying there was no timescale for fixing it. We also found old underwear behind the couch, which raised concerns about cleanliness. In the end, we asked a family friend to look at the boiler and he fixed it in 10 minutes (you’re welcome to the next guest) yet the host showed no appreciation despite us effectively solving the issue for future profit of the property. Considering this had been mentioned in a previous review, poor communication, lack of care, and no reasonable compensation made this a very disappointing experience overall which resulted in a sour feeling.
