It's a great starting point for exploring the city - you can reach the beach in 10 minutes, and the famous promenade and pier in less than a quarter of an hour. In the area you will find numerous walking and biking paths along the waterfront, as well as eating establishments. You can reach the Forest Opera House by car in just 7 minutes.

Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze — apartament spełnił oczekiwania, lokalizacja i standard wynajmu na wysokim poziomie. Dwie uwagi, które warto poprawić: brakuje wieszaków na żakiet czy marynarkę, co jest sporym niedopatrzeniem przy dłuższym pobycie. Zużyty materac wyraźnie odstaje od standardu, jaki wynajmujący oferuje w pozostałym zakresie — warto go wymienić. Poza tymi drobiazgami pobyt naprawdę udany i mogę go polecić.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na samej górze, więc jest to plus ponieważ nie słychać kroków z mieszkań wyżej. Mieszkanie posiada zadaszony balkon, w dniu przyjazdu zastałem gniazdo os pod tarasem, zgłosiłem to firmie wynajmującej i następnego dnia przyjechał Pan zlikwidować to gniazdo, Wiec na +. Z minusów to trochę głośna lodówka, wyrobione sprężyny w łóżku, brak elektrycznego czajnika tylko gwiżdżący stawiany na płycie elektrycznej. Jednak ogólnie to bardzo fajne mieszkanie, byłem 10 dni i było OK

Top floor studio in a newly renovated 3-story house. 1 of 6 units. Pros: Good location (depending which way you go it is either a 10min walk to the beach or Monte Cassino); newly renovated and cute interior; a few overlooked spots but otherwise a spotless studio; clean linens; usable balcony; lots of windows; sunny; cozy vibe; extras like iron and board, washing machine, drying rack; cold fridge. Cons: Host never remedied a minor issue that was consistently reported (missing shower curtain & mismatched bathtub plug); flimsy shower head (handheld) with water pressure ranging from extremely weak to moderate; water temperature fluctuates on its own; sounds of residential neighborhood and other guests sometimes as early as 7am (not all days); mattress and pillows could be better quality; no fan or a/c. I enjoyed my stay (solo trip) but the issue with the shower curtain should have been resolved. All I received were generic responses. No shower curtain = wet floor = potential slip&fall.
