This comfortable 49 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The living room with a pull-out sofa is the perfect place to relax together, and the two separate bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. One of them features a desk, so you can work remotely in comfort. The fully equipped kitchenette lets you prepare your favorite meals, and the bathroom with a shower ensures everyday convenience. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony to relax in the fresh air. A Smart TV is available in both the living room and both bedrooms. The housing complex also features a playground for children and a sports field.
