Kameralne Studio | 800 m do Plaży, Cicha Okolica

Dobrze nam się spało , wygodne materace , choć w końcu maja było całkiem chłodno. Okolica domków jednorodzinnych , ok.10 min.na piechotę do Monciaka i 15 min do plaży. Pokój z mini aneksem , na weekend ok.

Beautiful location and a great place to stay. Very private and quiet area, spacious bedroom and small patio. However, the check-in instructions shared by the host were incorrect and host was unresponsive on airbnb portal when we tried to contact them about this issue. We had to use hotline (which is also useless: automatic responses with no real person on the line), and we finally reached them on 3rd party messaging app after 40 minutes. Also there was no body wash and shampoo, although description mentioned having them in place. Checkout instructions shared by the host also contained conflicting information. When we asked for the clarification - there was no response. Host here is not helpful and not present.

The place itself was fine, but the communication with the host was unfortunately very inconsistent and stressful. Right from the start, I received conflicting messages regarding the check-in process. The same issue happened with check-out: I was assured multiple times (including via SMS) that check-out was at 11:00 AM. However, at 9:00 PM the night before, I suddenly received a message on Airbnb stating that I had to leave by 10:00 AM. When I tried to clarify this and pointed out the previous messages, the host completely ignored me and never replied. This lack of consistency and poor communication made the stay much less enjoyable.
